This is the annual national exhibition of the Jewish Women Artists’ Network, coinciding with the College Art Association and Women's Caucus for Art national conferences and traveling to three venues in southern California. It's inspired by the Talmud story of Rabbi Akiva, who began his Jewish studies at age 40, and whose spiritual journey is likened to a
continuous stream of water that eventually erodes hard rock. The show explores themes of change–personal, familial, communal and global–and the persistence of change over time. My painting/collage work is being featured.
